By using raid.rsvp you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

What raid.rsvp is

A free coordination tool for tabletop and video-game groups: schedule polls, recurring static rosters, and event RSVPs. We make no guarantee of uptime, feature stability, or data permanence — you use it at your own risk.

Accounts
  • You sign in via Discord, Microsoft, or Google. Don't share your account.
  • One human, one account. No bots, scrapers, or automated sign-ups.
  • We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Acceptable use

Don't use raid.rsvp to:

  • Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate anyone.
  • Post hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that's illegal where you live.
  • Spam other users with unsolicited invites or messages.
  • Probe, scan, or interfere with the service infrastructure. Includes brute-force, credential stuffing, scraping at abusive rates.
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the site for a competing service.
Reporting and moderation

You can report users, polls, events, or comments via the report buttons in-product. Reports go to a moderation queue. Confirmed violations result in content removal, account suspension, or account termination depending on severity. We don't notify you when someone reports you. Repeated violations result in a permanent ban.

Your content

You own what you write — event titles, descriptions, poll responses, RSVPs. By posting, you grant raid.rsvp a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users with permission to see it. Deleting content revokes that license.

You're responsible for the content you post. If your content infringes someone's copyright or violates these terms, we may remove it without notice.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy of scheduling math, availability of the service, or that data won't be lost. Back up anything you can't afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, raid.rsvp and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts where the operator is located.
